Evictions
Lepera + Associates, PC has experience assisting our clients with evictions whether it be the landlord or the tenant. Evictions happen when a landlord terminates a tenant’s right to remain on the property through a legal process. The landlord will present the tenant with a notice asking them to vacate the premises. Some of the notices landlords may present are 3 day, 30 day, and 60 day notices. These notices inform the tenant that they must vacate the property within a certain period and why their rental agreement is being terminated.

Some reasons why a landlord might pursue an eviction are:
-
failure to pay rent
-
illegal activity on the property
-
breach of lease
-
tenant is disturbing other occupants
